Hi everyone, do you know the feeling that.. when you come home from an assignment.. your hair is flawless? Yeah, me neither.. After every assignment it actually feels like I’ve lost tons of hair and gained tons of hairspray in return! That’s why I thought it might be handy to reveal some of my secret hair tips before Fashion Week officially starts..
First of all. I do not…I repeat…NOT wash my hair on daily base. You might wonder why, but it’s because it is just bad for your hair. Your hair will get soft as silk, yes.. but it will get very greasy, very soon. And your hair will get used to being washed daily. Which makes it fall straight beside your face without any movement. And if it gets greasy, you’ll probably start washing it more than once a day, which.. Once again.. Would be even a worse idea! So, instead of washing your hair on daily base (besides after a job of course), try to wash it two times a week. The greasy hair will stay away much longer and your hair will become so much stronger!
When I wash my hair, I always use a shampoo from Wella with a base of oil. It makes my hair softer, stronger and helps the damages pieces. Of course, this one works well on me. You might like another one!
Once out of two times I also use a mask for my hair. And to know how long I’ll have it on my hair before I wash it off: I put it on there, start shaving, and then wash it off. It’s takes long enough and your hair will be as smooth as silk! My favourite masks are the L’Oréal Mystic Oil and the L’Oréal Pro-Keratin Refill. Of course, you can use whatever kind of mask you prefer!
And let’s face it.. Even if you’re not walking the stage during Fashion Week, you’re hair will be Fashion Week worthy!
