Hi everyone, Lately, I’ve been eating a lot more gluten free dishes than I used to. Not because it’s a hype that’s going around, but because it’s more healthy for your body! I do not deny all gluten (your body already adjusted to it, so that would be a bad thing because you can get allergic to it when you do not eat it while you aren’t allergic in the first place) but I have a light intolerance, so that means that sometimes I have to “detox” a little when I had too much gluten!
A lot of people think that gluten free, lactose free and vegan means “no taste”.. Well, that’s absolutely NOT the case! A lot of my friends have got an intolerance and like to eat the same healthy way as I do.. And yes, I do think there are more delicious amounts of GF, LF and V food than you can possibly imagine! So.. If you like to test that theory.. Here are two of my favorite places in Antwerp where I love to go during those gluten free periods:
DIVERS:
A small place in the South of Antwerp. You can have delicious cold and hot smoothie bowls, detox soup, superfood, banana cake and so much delicious kinds of coffee (also LF)… And yes, they change there menu once in a while, so you can be amazed over and over again every time! #yourhealthyfix #diversantwerpen

Well.. What don’t they have? Banana lemon ricotta pancakes with honey and fruit is just one of there specialities! I mean… Do I need to say more? They have amazing coffees, milkshakes, toasts, tapa-alike dishes, smoothies and all kinds of deliciousness.. Do not hesitate to stop by when you’re visiting by sweet old town!
